The Cranfield Corporation is an Executive Search and Career Development Services firm that specializes in staffing positions with Commercial firms and Corporations.  In addition we provide specialized Career Development Services.  Our clients include Real Estate Investment Trusts, Investment Banking firms, Development firms, Management Companies, High Technology firms, Bio-Tech, and Universities.   We service our clients throughout California in addition to the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, Nevada and Arizona. 

History and Management

Carol Cranfield, the President of The Cranfield Corporation, founded and incorporated the firm in 1994 to provide high quality Executive Search, Staffing, and Career Development Services to her clients.  Recognized as a top leader in her field with over 20 years of experience, Carol is a respected and highly accomplished professional.  Prior to founding The Cranfield Corporation, Carol previously served as a hands-on Senior Vice President of a National Executive Search Firm and prior experience includes a Human Resource position with a Fortune 500 company.  Carol approaches each search and project from a strategic viewpoint and maintains very high standards for her clients in career development and the recruitment and placement of experienced professionals.

In addition, Carol is an entrepreneur who brings strategic solutions to her clients and is an active motivational speaker and instructor on topics such as business trends and career development, and educational topics at the University level.
